has anyone thought of putting a roof scoop on a celica...does anyone have one id like to see what it would look like

the roof scoop is there for rally drivers to keep cool since they have taken the AC system out of the car to save weight. They do pay a penalty in drag, but they are either not at speeds where it would make too much of a difference or they decide that their comfort is worth the extra drag.
for us, its just for looks. i think that anything that doesnt serve an actual purpose on your car (i.e. make it go fast or stop fast) is rice. That being said, we are all guilty of a bit of rice here and there. The one on perry190's car looks pretty good. Is it functional? and if so is there a way you close it up during rain?
