Hey guys and gals . . . my name is Fabian and im from San Antonio, TX. I've always loved celicas and I've always wanted a GT-4, but i don't know how to go about getting one. Ok I was getting my information based on smog legalizing in NC, I think I found what people have been trying to get for a while and i'll post it in a seperate thread so maybe the mods could make it a sticky or something.
