[B][I]WHY DO JDM HIGHS AND LOWS NOT MEET D.O.T SAFTY REGULATIONS? ACCORDING TO JEFF AT TOYOTA WORLD WHO I GOT MINE FROM, THE ONLY REASON THEY ARE ILLEAGAL IS THAT THEY DO NOT MEET D.O.T STANDARDS AND ARE MEANT FOR OFF ROAD OR SHOW USE ONLY. Y IS THAT?

As long as your not a jerk to a cop if they ever notice, you should be ok. Plus, Kadett made a how-to on making the headlights work for a LHD car.
I've got the projectors. They are really high on the left. They aren't legal technically. I haven't had any problems yet. Every once in a while someone flashes me, thinking I have my brights on. I'm planning on doing that how-to soon, that way the lights are good for LHD. -------------------- psalm 69 |
