Toyota didn't change anything major in the 3sgte that the Caldina has. To me, its still considered a 3rd generation. If Toyota had added vvti, then it'd be a 4th generation 3sgte.

Any variable valve timing system has too much over lap for forced induction. Adding VVTi would be a step in the wrong direction |
