hey does anyone on this site go fishing. just wanted to know what kind of fishes do u guys catch and what u use for bait.

my friend and i go fishing about every 3 weeks. either we are going to bad lakes, or we suck at fishing. anyone here PLEASE give tips on catching ANYTHING DECENT SIZED (at least 2 lbs) in lakes. i have been fishing for ~ 25 hrs total this summer and my biggest fish is a 12" bass that didnt even move my fish scale...i will love you forever if you help
