Hi Folks,

Bought a new CD player for the car to replace this twin combo JDM Pioneer twin system (Radio/cassette and Graphic EQ), which was basically pants as in the UK the FM band is broader (?).

The resulting hole is huge in my central console. Do you know if Toyota (in the UK) do anything like blanking audio plates or (better still) some kind of replacement adaptor kit for new players as it looks really pants. (I was thinking of sticking a spindle across it and sticking a bog roll in it and using it as a bog roll dispenser it is so cr@p looking....lol).

At the moment the player is wired up and loose as I need something as the original brackets are wierd and is just dumped in this hole on my dash and looks really sad.

Any suggestions?

hey great to hear it all worked out smile.gif

As a win-win suggestion, you could post this in the 6GC Parts Database, and maybe even make a quick How To article as well. That way we all get to see the part and the finished product, and you'll get to upload more photos in your profile - at least according to question/answer 4 here: 6GC Website FAQs smile.gif
