well dash looks great imo. got the dension ice link in and i love the location, also got the tach mount molded in, center console trim molded together clock hole shaved and apexi RSM slot cut (still to be critiqued) all i have left to do is critique th pods so they are perfectly round, a little more work around the tach mount so that it will still be able to fit on when the final layer is on, pour more bondo on the ice link and shave it all in so no wire is showing, mabey 15 min worth of work for first layer and then another 15 to get it smooth. and then it will prolly take me another hour to get the part around the center trim perfect right now they are alot of gaps.
anyways heres the pics, hopefully i will get the final secret layer on by nopi but i just don't know, -------------------- |

well i won't have ac anyway i'm the main thing i'm going here for is different. again a playstation 2 will go in the glove box location. also i am going to have completely custom wireing and i mean completey custom, will be using the mr2 harness and engine bay fuse box, the only thing that has to be worked into the wireing is the heater. everything else will be rewired (lighting, wipers, etc)
so there is no nead for the factory fuse box, all new fuses (still working on location) will be installed on every component. and by molding the gauge do you mean the tack? well if so that is a vey large tach, i was going to put it in the gauge cluster in my original plans but lol it wont fit, so it will be bolted on top, i don't to mold it because well i kind of can't and it would be a tone more bond and trust me there is enough aleady on there, i don't want it any heavier. and yes it is very hard to install or was at first its been in and out of the car several times, there are three bolts that are very hard to get to, one in the last gauge pod to the left and then the top on the bottom right and left sides of the dash, they are behind the plastics so they will not be fun to put on but they are doable. also thanks for the support it really helps guys. -------------------- |
