Ok.. well I had an older post, saying that I replaced my front brakes, and sence then I have been having a few problems. A: I broke off a stud so im running on 4 lugs. Which hasnt been at all a problem in the past. B: When im driving above 50ish My stearing wheels is gettign intermitin shaking. I know I already need an alignment, but didnt want to do that if im going to need to replace barings ro somthing.

I checked the tire pressure and im all good. I need to still finish the rear brakes, cause i have not replaced them yet. The tire ware is normal, so im a little bit lost.

I didnt get this shake before the brake change, and after i have gone back twice and made sure everything was on tight and right.

It feels like my wheel needs to be balanced again like the last time i did, but why would that change from just pulling it off and putting it back on?

Any help or comments are welcome

Thanks
Doug

Check for abnormal tire wear. The wear pattern on the tires can be a good clue about what is wrong.

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.
