 Engine Swap, Do you guys tell your insurance company? |

Do you guys inform your insurance company when you swapped your engine? If so how much increase did it go up by?

VIN number yes, but a turbocharger does in fact jack up the rates. Call and get a quote for a Impreza RS and an Impreza WRX. You'll notice the difference because of the turbo. I imagine if you said you were swapping in another engine that didn't have a turbo (3sge) they wouldn't be as harsh to you. I shall see when I do it this week.
