If im changing my rotors to new ones do I have to resurface it before i use it or i can just slap it on with my old brake pads and its good to go?

If you get new rotors, get new pads. If you get new pads, you should turn your rotors or get new ones. Pads wear unevenly. If you change one and not the other, you can get less of a contact surface between the two and braking could suffer.

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.
