I'm trying to remove my brake rotors on the front to have them turned. I looked at the big green book on celicatech and it says with the calipers off it will just slide off. but when i try to remove it it won't budge. It seems as though the spindle nut?? is holding the rotor on. Do you have to take that bolt off or are my rotors just really rusted on there?

And in a bit of convenience, the bolts to use for backing off the rotor are the ones used to mount the caliper to the bracket.
