Ok im not going to do the quote thingy that takes too long. I'm just going to point out your mistakes. First, your rebuttle to my statement that "just as many white ppl are looting than black ppl..." Ok you say "are you there...no" Heres the problem. you arent there either. So you cant say oh your not there, so it must not be true. This is an invalid arguement. Go to college learn logic, come back.
Secondly. No, I did not say it was "Bushes fault we had a hurricane." You cant possibly assign blame for a natural occurrence. What I am doing, is saying that Bush is responsible for the amount of damage and loss of life. This is due to the cuts in FEMA that he himself did, and his changing of the FEMA administration with one which is insufficient, and the refusal to grant funds to a known problem which could have saved many many people. Do not twist words, it doesnt work when you argue with educated people. To address the levys, I dont know anything about he levys. But I do know one thing, things get worn out. These levys could have been built 100 years ago. I dont know. What I do know, is that the levys were known to be insufficent for a category 3 or stronger storm and this info was presented to bush as one of the top 3 disasters along with a NYC attack. Oh BTW: The 9/11 Commission found that NYC was being targeted well before it happened and this administration did nothing in lieu of it. Finally, if you can say "**** happens" to 9/11 attacks, and this natural disaster, all I can say to you is please go find a heart because thats incredibley insensitive. My point was you are blind to the facts. If you've been paying attention you'd have noticed the overwhelming amount of blacks left in New Orleans and that there is no way as many white people are looting as there are black people. It just isn't possible. You, sir, are the illogical one. QUOTE(Supersprynt @ Sep 7, 2005 - 8:50 PM) Secondly. No, I did not say it was "Bushes fault we had a hurricane." Hindsight is 20/20. It's easy to say their priorities were wrong after this hurricane. Doesn't mean they could have stopped it. NY is huge. Good luck securing it all. That's life. Sad but true. Some times there is simply nothing you can do. If you don't like it /yourself, it's not going to change.
