I bought these kybs off ebay. There was one problem on the side of the shocks where the two holes that are supposed to get drill back to the rotor or piece it connects. The holes are to far apart? those two holes are also further apart from each other comparing to the stocks shocks i took out. did anyone have these problems.

What was sealed, and how?

When I disassembled mine, had to remove the gland nut, which was difficult, then the oil seal, which was held in place by the nut, then the cartridge came out.
