how do you fix a car runing pig rich??? car runs too rich at high rpm !!!! with tons of my black smokes coming out!! so help

Hey I noticed that my JDM engine gives off a bang when I rev it really high(8K) and let go of the throttle cable. Is this common in you JDM engin
 es as well?
