Nothing big, but the Celi has been begging me for an upgrade.

yeah i know it had airbags, i figured that, i just wanna know how hard it is to change the airbag out of the original wheel and put it into the 98-99 wheel. Of if the 98-99 wheel comes with the airbag already in it.
