To anyone thinking about doing the 3s swap, do it yourself. It is worth it, it will save you a huge headache in the end.

Depends on who does your swap
 That sucks though. I wish I was closer so I could help you out.This is the reason why, when people ask how come their swap is going to take between 6-8 weeks, I just smile. (I only work two days a week.)
