To anyone thinking about doing the 3s swap, do it yourself. It is worth it, it will save you a huge headache in the end.

rjb, i feel your pain.
that really sucks that you got screwed the way you did. thats the reason i would never let anyone but toyota work on my car before i started doing stuff, and the reason i do all my own work now. hopfully with the help of the people here, you'll get everything sorted, and get that thing up and running soon. good luck
