ACTUALLY if you want my opinion...since you already have a cai & exhaust why not get the header to further remove restriction of airflow? otherwise ain't sh*t goin on really!

then maybe after that you would maybe consider brakes/suspension/drivetrain remember you can't see your rims when you're driving but you can feel the clutch/throw of the short shifter/suspension/brakes as you drive! so what if a few GUYS look @ your car? !!!have fun driving it!!!. cuz a girl isn't gonna look @ your car and wanna screw your brains out right off the bat! remember that.

I like your posts. The only thing I'd have to say different is that maybe some stock 5 spoke alloys off a 6th or 7th gen might be a good idea. Or whatever rim really. The steel wheels are skinny, heavy, and really look bad. I'm all about performance, and I think this would be the next step. That, and getting rid of your neons. Next, lower the car a little with springs, and put some bigger sway bars on. The Celica is not a fast car, that's a fact. It can be helped by intake, exhaust, headers, ECU, exc. But it won't be to fast unless you swap in a 3s. It can however be good at handling. I personally have kept my upgrades even between engine and suspension, and I'm reasonably happy with it. But in all seriousness, get rid of the neons. Just my opinion.
