Whats the best bang for your buck, to increase your hp in a 5S-FE motor?(totally stock) How much HP upgrade should i be looking at? (with whatever your suggestion is.) And does putting Super or Premium gass really effect hp enough for it to matter?

basically it seems that most agree that a full exaust, headers, and CAI or a plain after market intake. But there has been some debate over the 5s-fe need for a modified header. People say on this site that there are no aftermarket headers taht fit perfectly with out any modification needed, while others talk like its a complete bolt on.
The exaust, I know that Pressure 2's exaust is 3inches, but his 5s is turbo charged. I was thinking about 3inches right when I saw it on P2's but i was warned by a friend that unless i turbo mine its gonna mess with my backpressure. Will it??? and if it does, what size would you suggest? 2.25 or like 2.5 inches. The Intake, The only intake that i have seen that can be bought aftermarket is an Injen, and its not a CAI. I was really looking to get a CAI, either bay AEM or a comperable company. Does the 7th gen celicas aftermarket CAI fit the 6th?
