ok.. i'm in the process of buying a car from florida to bring to toronto.. what is the best company to contact to ship a car to the border and then to my house?
please include the name of the company and cost... things to consider would be reliability (can you trust their word about delivery date estimate and such... safety (ie how they treat their shipments and would anything happen to the car on the way, and if it does would they cover it) and cost. (it doesn't have to be the most expensive and it doesn't have to be the cheapest either... although a cheaper solution would be better.) so with all these in mind.. do you have any suggestions? edit: i just checked out a company called Hansen's forwarding. I got a quote from them. $1483.92CDN including fuel surcharge. approx 6days delivery. but that is on an open carrier... and it doesn't say how much for an enclosed one does anyone else have other places they'd recommend which i could compare?
