Well, my Celica is in her last few days of ownership by me.
Just bought a 1993 Integra GS-R 5SPD with a Turbo Kit and a brand new GS-R Engine and clutch. Seeing how my car before the Celica was a 1992 GS-R, I know alot about these, so its like being home again really, just hope I don't blow-up the engine on it again, but theres a 100k mile difference on this engine and the one I blew-up! Well anyways, this car was wrecked and only has fender and door damage and was considered "totalled", though there is NOTHING other than body damage done, there's aftermarket parts for each part damaged (hood, fender and door), so that won't take much at all to replace. Nothing engine or interior wise was damaged at all, its all in 100% healthy condition, and I bought the car for 1,800$, and I knew the owner as he has all the papers and receipts from every modification and oil change including the new GS-R Engine swap, not to mention he took good care of the car. The Integra has nothing exterior done except coilovers (which I need to get new ones), and the Turbo Kit is brand-new and not installed as of yet.
I needed to get away from an automatic car and the fact I could get beat by a 12 spd bike. I loved my Celica greatly, because I always had compliments on how great she looked, but when it came to tracks and races, it was one of the most embarassing things to drive, don't ever get an ST! I've been looking to move on for some time now, and I think I really missed my GS-R, so i'm going to head back to driving one again.
You've all been great, though im still going to hang around 100% because I love this Community, even though I don't have a Celica, I hope you all wouldn't mind if I chit-chatted and still hung around!
