I need to get a hold of charlie. I bought some stuff from him 2 weeks ago and I stil haven't received it. Anyone know where he is or how I can get a hold of him. hes not answering his PMs

Look does anyone know How I can get in contact with charlie? I know he was on here b/c he posted on teh 18th. He didn't answer my PM or email... I'm starting to get pissed b/c I havent received my stuff yet...
