My rear mounting bolt has gone bad and I need to replace it. Is there any way to do it other than removing the whole engine out of the car and then replacing it?
Any suggestions would be great. |

What about just jacking the car up to take it out? That's how it did it. And if you go to autozone or something to get a new mount, they'll call it the right one. It's about the angle of the engine not the direction in the car. I have no clue why they do that.

Jacking the car up?? Do you mean the engine itself? Gosh its getting kinda complicated. I was thinking that I should just jack up the tranny, get the mount out and then swap in a new one. IF this doesn't work, then I'll try rocking the thing back and forth, but I don't see how that will work either. |
