Hey guys, Hope you all dont get to heated for this quetion, but I had a dual exhuast with no name muffler and tip installed into my 97 gt celica conv. My only question is, what is it actually doing for my car, is it gonna pose as a future problem. For my intentions were only to give my car more of a louder bark with out the bite if you know what I mean.Ill apply pictures to show you what I have done and how it looks. Oh another thing my car is an automatic if that helps you figure out what problems might occur in the future p.s it sounds really good to with a deep resonating hum to it.

Shin, I agree with everything you've said fully, except the louder thing. Freer flowing is freer flowing. You gave the example of poking a hole in the bottem of a pop can and then poking another. Well instead of doing that, just poke one big hole, noise with come out equally. Although, I'm not completely sure about the exhaust and how that would work. It really seems to me that the engine is what's making the noise, and it will only let out so much. The less restrictive the exhaust, the more noise. I guess it could cary better from 2 exit points. I'm really not sure enough to debate this now. Can you explain the priciples of it more clearly to me?
