This may have been covered before but couldnt really find alot of info on a search... maybe I missed something and ifso sorry for the repost smile.gif

I'm looking for info on getting a CT26 rebuilt. I want info from people that have sent off there turbos.

Basically:

Who did it for you?

How much?

Where you happy with it?

While it's being rebuilt you might as well have it upgraded as well.

ATS Racing CT27 upgrade:

I don't personally have it, but I haven't read any complaints about it.

If your core is in bad shape it may cost more:

Turbocharger cores: Must be received within 30 days of purchase of rebuilt/upgraded turbo to be eligible for refund. Cores with damaged compressor housings, damaged exhaust housings, broken turbine shafts, damaged turbine wheels are not acceptable. Cores with damaged (but not broken) turbine shafts or bearing housings are eligible for a partial care refund. Typical cost to recondition a shaft or bearing housing is $100 each.
