Is synthetic motor oil as useful as everyone says it is? Would you all sugest it? Also what are some of the brands you all find the best I am gona do an oil chnage soon and im thinking of using that to preserve my celica. Thanks

mobil 1 full synthetic here...5w30 in the winter 10w30 when it starts getting warm.
