I just read that theres a 180KMH (112)MPH speed limiter on J-Spec engines? Can anybody confirm or deny this?

This is why most japanese car speedos only go to 180Km/h, and the JDM versions of cars are rated at lower HP than say USDM or NZDM cars. I don't know about Toyota's, but I have a number of friends with JDM Honda engines and they have no problem breaking 180km. Also the JDM Versions are rated with a higher horse power. |
