SSIII Bumper Extensions, Do they fit 94-95 celicas?

I know they are originally made for 96 and up models. I'm thinking they do because the fact they just go around the bottom end of the bumper. Can anyone give my any input on this and verify if its true? Also, ChrisC still sells them am i correct? How about the rear splittters? These are the pics for them. If he doesn't sell them anymore, who else around here sells them? The bottom ends of the bumpers look alike. Not only that but GT4's use SS-III splitters and its the same concept, the bottom is alike just like the 94's. Again, the GT4's have a different bumper look from the later models and earlier models but they still can fit. How can it not fit when it only goes around the edge of the bumper?
