Auto/manual conversion checklist:

You can't make an estimate for a normal shop. Everyone is totally different. And there is no gaurantee about 700 for parts. The main thing is the transmission and flywheel, clutch. the tranny alone is gonna be the big chunk. Mine was 450 and had 10k miles on it.
