Is it possible? According to the info I have read the only difference is the head. The block and internals are the same. Once again according to the numbers. Im also trying to find the right tranny to put in my 95 celica ST. Also does anyone know if a right hand car has an opposite shift pattern than left hand.

The head will work but you won't get the same performance because the compression will probably be lower. You will find a positive increase. Gonna have to change the ECU at the same time
