Is it possible? According to the info I have read the only difference is the head. The block and internals are the same. Once again according to the numbers. Im also trying to find the right tranny to put in my 95 celica ST. Also does anyone know if a right hand car has an opposite shift pattern than left hand.

I've never heard of a 4sfe. You had a right hand drive imported and it's not a 3sge or a 3sgte? Wow. Why did you do that? I'm going to half to see prove of this. It doesn't sound right at all. Easy way to check to see if it will fit or not is simply look at both head gaskets.
