I found the wheels I want the other day. They are 18X8.5 ADR Sterling's. The guy that has them has never used/mounted them and he is selling for 725. They are 5X114.5, so how would I do this? What would be needed? couldn't I just use a spacer?

And I'm not sure, but I think that the Offset is +24...

Are you sure they are 5x114.5?
I thought it would've been 5x114.3.
The ideal offset would be +35 for the 18x8.5,
I'm not sure about +24.
