I slide my seat the whole way back, then I move it up 1 notch so I can push in the clutch the whole way. I have the seat 2 notches back from the full upright position or else my back will hurt.
Around town - 10 and 2, Left foot on the dead pedal. Residential streets - Left hand 12, right hand shifter, left foot resting ABOVE clutch (No, I don't rest it on the pedal, I'm not stupid) anticipating the shifts. 5th gear - Both arms resting on lap, hands and 4 and 6, left foot dead pedal if theres not much traffic, 10 and 2 if I need to pass and such. -------------------- |
