I dunno what the hell is wrong with this, but it keeps happening to me. I poped my hood the other day 2 add some washer fluid. When i was whiping down every thing, i noticed that my second sparkplug wire from the passanger side was poped out a bit. The other 3 are all seated down properly, then the one is poped up. I also noticed theres a bit of dirt n grime under where its poped up. I can push the wire back down and it seats properly when the engine is cool. When i drive, if i keep the speed down, below 50km/h, its fine. If i go over 60km/h, the wire pops up. These wires are only like 3 months old, and have never had a problem with them b4. Any one have somethin like this happen to them??/ know what the problem could be??
this is what im talking about and when its cold, u push it down and it stays down and just for the hell of it, my engine bay. This post has been edited by Valo666: Nov 8, 2005 - 2:53 PM |

This exact thing happened to me about a week b4 my head blew. Only diff is it happened to two of mine . I knew i needed a spark plug change so what I did was changed all the boots, wires and plugs. It took like 30 min and now its fine. Another thing , make sure your nuts underneath the boots and tight, that could be why you have a lil oil up in there (and who knows, maybe its why it was popping). But about the "runnin on three cylinder" thing I was running on two, and Im pretty sure thats why i got the crack in my head (so im told) it was only a small crack but it spread. so id be careful, I hope it works out better for you than it did for me!!! Good Luck bro. let us know how it comes out.
