Im an administrative assistant and im not just a receptionist that answers phones
My duties include answering phones making coffee emptying dishwasher stocking pop placing pop order making copies scheduling meetings planning company events typing reports that normally range 40 - 85 pages proof reading documents mail distribution - incoming/outgoing filing of invoices incoming/outgoing assisting marketing department managing archival list What exactly does your guys jobs entail? i sit at my desk and pretend to be working.
 I'm a Legal Assistant, as of right now I work part time. 12-5 I bascially do a lot of secretary stuff because there is no one else to do it. So answering phones, making copies,typing up letters and all that, on occasion i'll make coffee if we have a closing or something. When it comes to legal work I basically prepare all the documents that go to court. When Feb. comes I will graduate and i'll be a certified Paralegal, basically at that point i do everything but go to court, which IMO is the fun part.  and yeah i do most, if not all, of my work on the computer so i'm online all day
