er.. for those with stock sideskirts (i think they are on 96+ GT (US) GT-S(CAN) only... i could be wrong)

looks like part of the sticky(if it's a type of sticker) came off and just wrapped itself on the body.
i know i have the part that's on the sideskirt, i can't remember if my rear 1/4 panel has one too. --------------------  |
