ok. i came home and i turn off my headlights normally. my sister calls me out telling me i left my headlights on. so i check and yeah, theyre on but the knob thing is turned off, just how i left it. so i pop the hood and you can hear like a "zzzzzzzz" electrical current noise from the fuse box. so i open that, pull the fat brown "HEAD" fuse out and the lights shut off. i know thats normal. lol. but yeah. i put it back in and it automatically turns the headlights on and makes that same noise again in 2 seconds after putting the relay in. do i need a new headlight relay or what? i mean, is this normal and what could have caused this? thanks for the input and help in advance everyone.

o, and i dont believe i've messed with anything that has to do with the low beams. i mean, just replacing the harness because i put wannabe hid bulbs in there so i didnt wnat them to melt, but the harness seems fine

Are the headlights the only thing to stay on? If so I'd say it's the headlight relay. If your dash lights stay on as well I'd say it's the integration relay. I bet the higher current draw of the HIDs caused the contacts in the relay to fuse together. You may need to wire a relay in place of the stock one to handle the higher current required by your HID ballasts.
