Well I'm in a good old right-hand drive...i have my seat back so that when i push the clutch in all the way my knee is still bent a bit, back of my seat is tilted back so that its about inline with the pillar (I'm looking at my car out the window as I write this
 ) My right hand is at 3 usually on the spoke on the inside of the wheel and left hand either on my knee with my elbow on the centre console or on the shifter (or sometimes my phone  ). And I also drive with my knees sometimes ...but only if I'm on long straight roads and there's minimal or no traffic.
