My girlfriend wants satellite radio for christmas. She wants to go with Sirius because they have better stations and Howard Stern. The problem is that Sirius doesn't have a portable version like XM does so that she can go running with it. Actually they do have one portable unit, but i doesn't play live radio. You have to record the radio on to it. I've been doing some research and found out that the XM antennas will work with Sirius. So I was wandering, does anybody know if the power adapters are interchangeable too? If so, I can get the portable XM kit and hook the Sirius unit to it. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

QUOTE(presure2 @ Nov 26, 2005 - 5:13 AM) actually sirius JUST relesed a portable player. and it does play live radio HOWARD ROCKS! The one that just came out plays live radio only when pluged into a docking station. You have to record the radio onto it to listen to it without a docking station. This is the one that just came out. |
