Hey guys, 11 months after ordering my side skirts and lip, they will be in tomorrow. Just trying to get an idea, of how to mount and screw the sideskirts, and front lip. Thanks for any info.

well, in places where you can't really notice the bolts, there's no point in using the countersink technique(i.e. inside fenders). Anywhere you don't want to see bolts, you counter sink them. It's a fairly simple technique, but it requires a little skill. First, decide where you want the bolt to go, as in, behind the door on the exterior. First, I reinforced the spot where I wanted the bolt to go with some bondo on the back side of the skirt(between the skirt and the car. You should make the area quite abit thicker, but not thick enough to notice too much.
Then drill a hole with a standard size bit through the skirt and the body panel where you want the bolt to go( you should be drilling through your bondo work). Test fit the skirt, then take the bolt back out(or whatever fastener you choose). Then with a much larger bit, drill only slightly on top of the original hole to allow for placement of the top of the bolt. Paint the car before attaching the skirt if you plan on painting the entire car, as with this method you will not be able to easily remove the sideskirt later. Then replace the bolt and bondo over the bolt, and sand it down so that it is flush with the rest of the skirt. I know this is a little complicated and a little extreme, but it's how I did it, and I had great results. It's hard to explain, but if anyone needs further explanation, pm me. --------------------
