So i found a guy on TN who had a set of JDM tails for sale. Hez willin to send em to me for cheap, but heres the kicker. He says he doesnt have, nor has access to a digital camera, or does he have any pictures of it. He said hez puttin his celica back to stock cuz he doesnt drive it to much. So he said he will sell me them for cheap. He wants me to pay via paypal, but i kinda dont wanna send $ without seein this item. It seems kinda sketch, but the price hez askin is damn good. Any ways, im just curious, i know paypal has a money back gaurentee for items of e-bay, what about private sales? My next question is for any one who has used western union, is there a way u can send $ like a C.O.D. with shipping, meaning u can transfer the funds, the other person can see they are there, but u dont fully transfer them untill the item gets there?? This guy doesnt wanna ship C.O.D. usin fedex or somethin cuz he said it will take for ever *dont quite know how that works but ok*. Can any one help? I want these tails sooo bad, but dont wanna get screwed over.

ive been tellin him ill do COD easily, but hez kinda hesitant. He says he doesnt have a good enough computer to hook up a digital camera, let alone has one. But he said hes had alot of cars. My question is, if ur in school, why would u have an old crappy computer, that wouldnt be able 2 accept a digital camera (ie usb), and wouldnt have a digital camera, nor would any of his friends. I think its kinda sketchy that not one of his friends has a digital camera. Also most of the photo development places around here can even scan or make a cd of just regular 35mm film. So even if he had a picture from a regular camera it would be good enough. But apparently there r no places in greenbay that will do that.
