So i found a guy on TN who had a set of JDM tails for sale. Hez willin to send em to me for cheap, but heres the kicker. He says he doesnt have, nor has access to a digital camera, or does he have any pictures of it. He said hez puttin his celica back to stock cuz he doesnt drive it to much. So he said he will sell me them for cheap. He wants me to pay via paypal, but i kinda dont wanna send $ without seein this item. It seems kinda sketch, but the price hez askin is damn good. Any ways, im just curious, i know paypal has a money back gaurentee for items of e-bay, what about private sales? My next question is for any one who has used western union, is there a way u can send $ like a C.O.D. with shipping, meaning u can transfer the funds, the other person can see they are there, but u dont fully transfer them untill the item gets there?? This guy doesnt wanna ship C.O.D. usin fedex or somethin cuz he said it will take for ever *dont quite know how that works but ok*. Can any one help? I want these tails sooo bad, but dont wanna get screwed over.

Another safe bet for you is to use Paypal and have paypal take money FROM A CREDIT CARD. With that you have two layers of security...Paypal and the credit card company. Paypal im pretty sure has protection even for non eBay items, and you can dispute charges with major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover etc). When you do a dispute, paypal will get a chargeback and that will motivate them to investigate what happened. Its pretty safe IMO. Ive done disputes twice before with 2 different cards and its never failed me.

Oh...and Green Bay mOOt!
