Losing my Snowboarding Virginity this Friday, any tips? Options

Ok so Im going snowboarding for the 1st time this Friday. Im scared! Im going with Jason and he hasnt been for 2 years so he should be pretty close to where i am. I wanna go on the chairlifts that day so i need some pointers on how to get off! i dont wanna fall (i know it will happen)

And what do i need gear wise?

Im renting board and boots - though I want my own but no use in buying it before i try it!

I already have a Helly Hanson Jacket and a pimp snow hat! ;-)

Im going to buy
Pants
Goggles
Gloves



Anything else?

2 words: freestyle ski. Every body snowboards these days. What you needa buy is a set of armada skis. think of them as 2 skinny snowboards. ill show u why u should freestyle ski.

I am a skiier but have tried snowboarding, don't go on small beginer slopes
snowboards seem to edge more if there isn't a harder slope.
Always remember real virgins bleed.
It's a lot of fun. Just swing ur back leg and pitch it to the inside you'll be fine.
Also liquid courage never hurts.

Indeed i do, well did. I thought the magazine went under a lil while back. Ive got one of thier magazines in my hand that says "The death of freeze" on it and it says its the last issue.
