Ok, so im still thinkin of duin a 5sfte kit, and the stupid 3s map sensor is 2 hard/2 expensive to find, but since i used 2 b a part of the supra comunity here in toronto, i have access to any thing that ever came on a supra for cheap. So i was wondering, would a map sensor off a 7MGE or 7MGTE work for the 5sfe turbo setup??..if so i should take a walk over 2 my grandparents place and grab the one on my supra off it.

if your going 5sfte you can use a gm map sensor off of a 93-94 GMC Typhoon($28 at advance auto parts) I beleive it is a 2bar stock you can also get a 3bar , 2bar should be enough though.
As for the harness you can get it at just about any junkyard that has 81-01 gm vehicles($4-$7) so it's easy to find parts for this
To convert the signal if you need to you can use a SAFC-II or other piggyback to do so. as far as converting the signal I did not need to change anything other than minor adjustments since I have larger injectors

Also if you use the search for <map sensor> you can probably find where I had a topic over it when I first started my project

Can't search for map since it's only 3 letters but here is the thread:

I know I asked before but what did your corrections on your AFC end up being and what size injectors are you running now? Good to know my advice worked out well for you.
