no, it's not really sweeping the nation.... just my garage.
bye-bye back seats! rear view front view Spare tire - 26.5 lbs Jack/tools - 6.5 lbs Rear seats - 32 lbs Mounting brackets & hardware for seats and seat belts - 7 lbs Seeing as how I'm a total F***tard, I broke some of the mouting hardware for the plastic pieces. Anybody have parts number for these or know where I can get them?? I actually had alot of fun tearing the car apart. Next step is to apply sound damper to pretty much the entire interior (anything metal). Then I plan on building a "floor" over the seats so it's level with the trunk space. That's where I will mount the subs, amps, caps, battery, and nitrous bottle (if i get nos) Just got the car last week. It's a 94 ST hatcback. I also have a 2001 Nissan XTerra so the Celica is pretty much my hobby car. Haven't done much so far. -I relocated the cigarette lighter to inside the arm rest... The wire fits perfectly through the hole next to the coin thingie Why would anyone do this? you ask.... because this panel is the perfect size and location for a bad ass switch panel. Blue Clock More to come soon. Blue instrument cluster and climate control lights are next. What do you guys think This post has been edited by djultimate: Dec 7, 2005 - 11:00 PM -------------------- |

I like the cig lighter relocation, but what happens if you get a flat tire and don't have the spare? imo, you don't need to lighten the car by taking out the spare and jack unless you are timing it on the track.

It's my "fun" car. I have a truck that I drive for work. If I get a flat, I'll just call someone to give me a ride home to get the spare. Or to get the flat fixed.
