i mounted the blitz front i bought from clear last night for 4 friggin hours and i still dont know how to make em flush like facotry...finally i jus said f*k it..and drilled it into front fender where the side markers are.....from the front it looks AS SEXY AS EEVR....on teh side..its looks crappy.....*sigh*..

actually you can get that to fit fine without cutting the fenders...
wat your goin to need to do is remove the sidemarkers to start.... and i can't tell if you using a crash bar or not but thats also 1 reason why it might not come back so far... (if your using a crash bar and the bumper hits it making the bumper not come back so far....get a dremel and cut away some of the inside from the bumper and you'll get more clearance and allow it to come back some more towards the fender.) as on the piece that over laps the fender it looks like the top edge has a lip that should be sanded down so that you can pull the bumper in towards the fender more...so i'd suggest sanding down the inside of the overlap, the top lip, and that will allow the piece to come flush along the fender and the rear most piece to wrap around inside the wheel well.. i doubt you'll need to cut the fenders, before you get into cutting fenders and permanent damage.. i suggest resorting to a professional who has more qualifications in this type of work then you as well |
