Hello all,
I recently purchased a '96 Celica that came with what I believe might be the original wheels. These wheels were the only thing I didn't like about the vehicle, and so I put a set of new wheels on last week. I now have four 15" wheels that I have no use for, and am willing to give them away to anyone who might make use of them. Please understand that these wheels are not pretty at all, and have lots of curb rash. Also, since I'm not selling these, I am putting up this post here, instead of the buy/sell forum. The catch -- you have to come pick them up. I don't have the time to pack them up for shipping, nor do I have the time to clean them up (they are in plastic bags however). I live in central Texas, east of Austin and northwest of Houston. If you are interested, email me and I will send pics and further details. This Celica is actually the second one I've owned. I had one back in the mid-eighties (a 4th generation, I think). Our new/old convertible was purchased to be used as a weekend fun car. It is in great shape, with absolutely everything working. It is pretty much stock, with the exception of new 15" wheels and an aftermarket exhaust tip. If I ever get around to getting some images on a hosting site, I'll put up a pic in the "member's rides" section. Thanks for your time.. Phil |

QUOTE(dustin15brown @ Dec 29, 2005 - 5:20 PM) i'm guessing he meant muffler shin No, I didn't intend to mean muffler shin, but I'm not familiar with that term, so I guess it could turn out that way. It's just one of those bolt-on types that fits over the tailpipe - came with the car. Since it's not overly large or rediculous-looking, I guess it can stay on for the time being... |
