 DSL Thieves, How do you stop em? |

I recently learned that a nieghbor has been using my dsl to acess the web.
 Is there a cheap easy way to stop this. I have heard this slows me down is this true? I live in an apartment so there may be more. -------------------- JDM guy made me do it.

if it is wireless u can password it so he would need to enter the password to connect through it, that way only the comps youre using can get on
