Yeh ok I have fallen victim to the freshman 15, to those of you who dont know what it is, its the extra 15lbs you gain during your first year of college. mines from tons of beer and being a lazy ass but thats done I am out of school for a semester and I want to get skinny again. I've never had to really work out before so what should I do to drop my spare tire. I dont want to give up beer thats for sure. Which is better Running or Sit ups? what do you guys do?

I gained 13 pounds this last year. *dies* But it wasnt because of partying or w/e. It was because I started eating out A LOT. So I have this lovely gut now. frown.gif

My fiance and I run 2 miles, 3 times a week. I drink tons of water, and eat a lot of negative calorie foods.

Keep in mind, you have to eat right as well as exercise.
