Im gonna get a custom exhaust made up for my car and i'm looking for a muffler. Im thinking of the HKS muffler but i've been told its pretty loud.

Are you joking? No, this was my understanding. Am I wrong? EDIT: I tried searching for it, I know I've seen on Cali's Police website how modifications are illegal. It's not everything, but it seems really close to it. It's just engine wise. I haven't heard that bodykits and stickers and what not are illegal. I should have made that more clear.
